My Practice

I focus my practice entirely on real estate matters, handling issues involving:

I also provide counsel on the tax implications of real estate transactions, and represent clients in zoning and planning matters.

  • Commercial leasing - I negotiate, review and prepare commercial leases, working with property owners as well as tenants, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to protect their interests.
  • Real estate broker law - I help real estate brokers and real estate companies to adopt policies and otherwise comply with broker laws to avoid or minimize legal problems.
  • Residential and commercial condominium conversions - I represent individuals and businesses that seek to convert traditionally owned property to condominiums.
