Advising Clients on Receivership Issues

When a lender forecloses on a commercial property, one question to be decided is whether it will be necessary or desirable to have a receiver appointed for the property. As an experienced Denver commercial foreclosures lawyer, I work with accountants and other experts to determine the economic feasibility of having a receiver appointed. I can also investigate and research potential receivers to find one with experience needed to handle a commercial receivership.

A receiver can be useful for many reasons, including controlling cash flow and collecting rents. If a receiver is not needed in your particular situation, I have experience collecting rents pursuant to assignment of rents provisions in commercial leases.
